We lift you up before the Lord, our dear brother or sister in ###, knowing that He is the One who opens doors no man can shut and provides for His children according to His perfect will. Your diligence in seeking employment is commendable, and we trust that the Lord will guide your steps as you wait upon Him. The Word of God reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* and in Psalm 37:5, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will act."* Your future is in His hands, and He will not fail you.
We also encourage you to seek first the Kingdom of God, as Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* While you wait for these opportunities, continue to trust in the Lord’s timing and remain faithful in prayer, study, and preparation. Remember that even if delays come, they are not denials—God may be refining your character or redirecting your path for something even better.
We must also gently remind you that in all your petitions, it is essential to approach the Father *in the name of Jesus Christ*, for it is through Him alone that we have access to God. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in John 16:23-24, He assured us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* If you have not yet placed your full faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in ### who seeks Your favor in their pursuit of employment. Lord, You know their heart’s desire and their need for provision. We ask that You grant them success in their exams and applications, particularly for the government job and the Army Clerk position. Open the doors that no one can shut, and let Your favor rest upon them as they wait upon You.
Give them wisdom and clarity as they prepare, and may their trust in You grow stronger each day. If there are areas where they need to improve or learn, we pray You would guide them and provide the resources they need. Father, we also ask that You align their heart with Your will, so that whether in success or in waiting, they would glorify Your name and walk in obedience to You.
We rebuked any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep into their heart. Instead, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Remind them that You are their Provider, their Jehovah-Jireh, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. May this season of waiting draw them closer to You, and may they experience Your goodness in ways they cannot yet imagine. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not let you down. Keep seeking Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We are standing with you in prayer!
