We lift up your dear mother to the Lord with heavy and hopeful hearts, trusting in His sovereign care over her life and health. Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals both body and soul. Your Word assures us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over your mother, Lord, and ask that You guide the hands of the surgeons, nurses, and all medical staff attending to her. Grant them wisdom, precision, and compassion as they work.
We pray for a successful surgery, Father, that every step would unfold according to Your perfect will. Let there be no complications, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask for a full and swift recovery, Lord, that she may rise from this trial stronger in body and spirit, giving You all the glory. Sustain her faith during this time, reminding her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also pray for you, her child, that You would comfort and strengthen you as you support her. May you find rest in the knowledge that Your love surrounds her, and Your grace is sufficient for every need. Help your family to trust in You completely, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, we rebuke any fear, doubt, or spirit of infirmity that may seek to hinder her healing. In the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). May Your will be done in her life, and may she continue to walk in the light of Your love, testifying to Your goodness and faithfulness.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for the assurance that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We trust in You, Lord, and commit her into Your loving hands. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
