My mom passed away earlier this year. I used to feel her with me, but I haven't lately. We are in the process of bettering our living situation thanks to the inheritance she left, but the mortgage process is leaving me on edge. Delay, after delay, after delay. We just want to start a new chapter in our lives with a little more space to accommodate my family and special needs son. Is it too much to ask for a smooth process? Please say a prayer for me and my family that we don't hit anymore snags in this process. I just want to move forward. Thank you.
