My Marriage

Hello Dear Friends,

I am humbly asking that you would agree to join me in prayer for 7 days for the sake of my husband Gabriel, me and our marriage. GOD asked Joshua to attack Jericho in an unconventional way.(Joshua 6:1-20). Joshua obeyed and the Israelites were victorious.

Joshua led the people in prayer and praise for seven days, and GOD knocked down the walls of Jericho. In a similar manner I have been encouraged by a friend to ask you to "march" with me in prayer for 7 days. You are my army. Thank you. I need you at this time.

We will begin our 7 days of prayer on Monday, December 19th. Please pray at the time of your choosing each day during the 7 days. You do not literally need to march unless GOD leads to do so. The 7th day is Sunday, December 25th. Please pray AND rejoice in the LORD on the 7th day; offering a shout of praise to the LORD. An easy way to do this is to shout praises to the LORD while singing at church if you wish. That is the beauty of having Sunday be the 7th day; we have plenty of opportunity to praise GOD for everything he has done and is going to do for the good of HIS children. Gabriel is a child of GOD. And I know that GOD wants Gabriel to desire HIS will, not worldly thinking.

Here is what I ask you to pray for each day:

1. Ask GOD to tear down the walls Gabriel has built around himself.

2. Ask GOD to speak truth to Gabriel and for Gabriel to hear and receive GOD’s voice.

3. Ask GOD to rekindle our love and relationship in Gabriel’s heart.

4. Ask GOD to place a hedge of protection around Gabriel to keep his thoughts and actions pure.

5. Ask GOD to help me follow HIS lead so that I can be used by GOD to minister to Gabriel’s needs and to be the wife GOD called me to be.

Thank you for praying with me for 7 days in our "Jericho prayer march.â€

Did the Holy Spirit tell you to pray this way? God's instructions to people are always specific to your case. Joshua's prayer march was given to him not you. You should spend time with the Holy Spirit & He will tell you exactly how to pray to get your miracle.

When I prayed for a miracle to have my son returned to me God told me specifically, "Pray for your enemies." And, He gave those instructions twice so I know that's what I was supposed to do.

I'm not saying this won't work because the power of agreement is amazing when Christians agree in Jesus' Name. But, that doesn't take a prayer march.

Let’s Pray….Hear my prayer O Lord. Grant my petition I pray. God, you have made the bond of marriage a holy mystery, a symbol of Christ's love for his Church. God I ask in Jesus' name, "Bless my mate and I to love each other as Christ loves His Church. Bless our marriage and walk beside us. Fix whatever is not right. Step in our marriage and perfect what concerns You Lord.



Help us through You Lord Jesus, make the best of whatever comes our way. Temper our hearts with respect, kindness, faithfulness, and understanding for each other. Please rid us of all pretense or jealousy. Help us to remember to be each other's sweetheart, lover, helpmate, friend and guide. So that together with You we may meet the cares and problems of life with faith and trust. Knowing that God will work all things out for our good.



Help us to create for our children a peaceful, stable home of love as a foundation on which they can build their lives. But most of all, dear God, help us to keep lit the torch of love' that we share in our hearts for each other, so that by our loving example we may pass on the light of love to our children and to our children's children forever.



And with the passage of time, deepen our love for one another. Bless us to find great contentment and joy with each other as we grow daily into senior companionship. When the sun is setting, may we be found still hand in hand, still thanking Thee for each other. And all that I ask You to do for my marriage please do the same for my family, friends, the writer of this prayer, and the person who sent me this prayer. In Jesus' name I pray."
