My life is in shambles, I am about to lose everything..

My life is in shambles, I am about to lose everything.. I get no help, I been having surgeries and can't work.. Then when I do.. I don't make enough to get by for me and my son . he's only 9 and he can see how stressed I am. In pain.. I filed for temp. Disability cuz my doctors said I have to due to all my issues , nerve damage, spinal , and disc damages.. PTSD.. from abuse from my ex. I'm just at a loss.. I pray and pray.. I beg the Lord. Please help me.. I don't have a bf, I date , found 1 I knew I cud fall for.. We hit it off.. He's just a too good to be true,. What I been praying for.. And then , 2 dates.. Now nothing.. He seemed to want to see me more.. But , Idk.. Not heard from him.. In depressed, I cry . I hurt.. And i don't know what to do.. Lord. I need you! I won't ever stop turning to you Lord.. But, I'm at a loss.. Thank,u and God bless
