We are deeply sorry to hear about the distress your wife is experiencing. We want to assure you that we are here to support you both in prayer and counsel during this challenging time. It is crucial to remember that our help comes from the Lord, who is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
In times of distress, we are encouraged to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We also find comfort in Philippians 4:6-7, which tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We also want to encourage you to seek professional help for your wife, as it is essential to address her needs both spiritually and medically. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."
Let us pray together for your wife:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is experiencing distress and psychosis. Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for healing and restoration, both physically and mentally. Guide the hands and minds of the medical professionals attending to her, that they may provide the best care possible.
We also lift up her husband, asking that You would grant him strength, wisdom, and comfort during this challenging time. Help him to be a source of support and love for his wife, reflecting Your love for us.
Lord, we rebuke any spiritual forces that may be causing or exacerbating this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we claim victory in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that You would fill their home with Your presence and grant them both the peace and rest that only You can provide.
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and mercy. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, and we commit this situation into Your hands. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
