Friends and family, these last several months have been excruciatingly painful, I had been standing for a marriage that my husband no longer wanted, and for some of you who know more detail, I finally moved on with my life.

Well Don called and wants to come home, and I told him no. After thinking about it, I am wondering if I truly made the right decision. Please lift us in prayer for a immediate intervention and revelation of what I should do. I still love him deeply but there is soooo much between us now I do not know if I should walk away from the new life I have started or if I should go through with the divorce, I am so confused and my heart is being pulled and played with.

Oh, Liz!!!! So much to deal with!

Loving God: I lift up to you Liz and all the details and complications of this situation to you. Show her exactly what to do. Give her direction and then give her an overwhelming peace when she goes the way you would have her to go. We know that you have already poured your grace down upon her life and that you have beautiful plans for her life. We look forward to rejoicing about what ever your answer is to this situation. We also look forward to her having a life of joy and love that is more powerful and true than she has ever had before. We rejoice in all you will do for her. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord, please be with Liz. Only you know the way! Lord open the right doors and close the ones that need to be closed. Lord be with Liz and her husband that they may see your will clearly and know without a doubt what direction to take.

In Your Loving Name,

Amen

Father I lift Liz up to you that your will may be done through this lady, that she will know exactly the way in which she should proceed. That your great love for her rest in her heart, that through your beautiful son Jesus Christ she will be guided the correct way, your way. That she will have strength to proceed in the right path and that all will be well. Help her Father please, amen.

Lord, give lzowens the answers she seeks. If it is time for her to move on let it be made clear to her. I lift her up and pray that you will guide her and give her peace. Amen

Dear Jesus, only you know how this will work out. God, you make the impossible...possible. Lord, work on Liz so she will know what to do here. Lord, speak to Don and show him what you would have him to know...I pray Jesus, you provide comfort in this situation, thank you Lord, Amen.

Perhaps if you are not sure, you can take small steps. Maybe start with something small like going to lunch. A relationship this far down the line has likely been shaken down to the ground as if a hurricane hit it. It might be necessary to build it up from the bottom. That way you can also see during the process if there's a way to salvage it before jumping in with both feet.

I think Pradmin is right Liz take small steps. You could maybe try to start dating your husband again. All situations can be transformed through God. I got divorced some years back and it perhaps for me in hindsight would have been better if I had worked things through instead of running away with a broken heart unable to forgive. Not that I am suggesting this is your case too. I didn't have Christ in my life then I was trying to be Lord of my own life and my whole situation got in a total mess. You are in a whole different situation to me in that you have Christ who can transform this whole thing for you, even hearts. Keep putting up the prayer requests for support through prayer. I for one will keep supporting you with prayer. it will all be ok, just keep looking to Christ like you are. I have prayed again for you today and I know God will help you to come to know what is the right way. I will keep you in my prayers Liz and ask God to bless you, as I know how difficult these situations can be.

I think that you are getting good advice Liz. I prayed for you last week Wednesday when I was fasting that God would perform a miracle in your marriage. I know that this whole panel has been praying for that as well. So take a moment to reflect on what God would want. I know that there is a lot of hurt but running away would not ease the pain. Both of you would have to see this as a new relationship. Getting christian councilling would be the first step. Then prehaps you guys can start dating again. There is a lot of work to be done and don't forget the devil is still going to attack both of you. This is one that he has lost!!! I would keep praying for you guys.

Holy Spirit Inspire Liz to make the right decision. Amen.

You are in my prayers!

My husband wants a divorce and is not speaking to me. Please pray for restoration within my marriage. I’m praying every day for God to bring a miracle of reconciliation within my marriage. I’m almost certain he is having an affair. We have two small children together and I’m begging for prayers...
