My husband is abusive in every way possible. I have tried everything, leaving, filing for divorce, calling police, nothing stops him. My children and I are suffering and God has told me to keep praying. I don't know what else to do. I'm tired of living like this.

My heart goes out to you.  I'm experiencing the same thing myself.  My husband has been arrested in the past, and we separated.  I let him talk me into returning (he arranged counseling, etc.) only to find out a lot of sordid things he has been doing.  This was like heaping coals onto an already explosive situation and things have deteriorated fast.  I can't leave right now unless I go to a domestic violence shelter, and after going that route before, it is not something I ever want to experience again.  I pray for you with all my heart.  I am luckier as my children are grown.  Having young children makes it so much harder.  Go to the website -banned site- and see if the techniques work for you.  They are Bible based, and I am trying them, but they are difficult to adhere to. Father God, your heart is breaking over the division in this relationship. I pray for peace to come over this home. I pray for discernment, I pray for your will to be done and that both of them would submit their will to you. Lord I pray that you would open their eyes to see what you would have for them. Thank you all for the prayers and support. My husband left last week today. This morning I started getting texts from a harlot! She was texting me from his phone. I just want the divorce papers. I want out! 17 yrs & I'm ready for all God has for me! I want to move on. I feel stuck as long as we are legally married because I feel obligated to pray for him. I WANT OUT!
