My husband and I maybe going through a divorce. He has been an alcoholic for 50+ years and recently started AA - his whole demeanor has changed...he simply does not appear to care about anything but himself now.

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing in your marriage, friend. If you don't mind me asking, with your husband seeking out AA support, is it possible that he is seeking to do better for himself and for your marriage? While I can understand how difficult this must have been for you, I encourage you to seek marital counseling before you take any drastic decision. Please let me know if you need referrals, okay? Sending prayers for you, asking the Lord to reveal His healing presence to you in a special way and sustain you with His strength. I'll also pray that He will draw your husband closer to Himself and deliver him from his addictions. Grace and peace to you, friend. ((Hugs))
