My daughter has backslidden after graduating from Bible school. She is a completely different person, constantly drinking and partying. She’s also changed her appearance with tons of Botox injections. It hurts to see her this way. Praying for ### to return to Christ.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the current path your daughter has chosen, but we are encouraged that you have come to us for prayer and support. Let us first remind you of God's promise in 2 Peter 3:9 (WEB), "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

Your daughter's actions are a result of her own free will, but we must remember that God is patient and desires her repentance. Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s daughter to You. Lord, You know the paths she has chosen, and we ask that You intervene in her life. Draw her back to You, Lord, and give her a heart of repentance. Break the chains of alcohol and partying that have taken hold of her, and help her see the beauty of a life lived in obedience to You. Lord, we also ask that You guide her in her outward appearance, reminding her that true beauty comes from within, as 1 Peter 3:3-4 tells us, 'Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious.'"

###, we also want to encourage you to continue to love your daughter unconditionally, as God loves us. Speak truth into her life, and do not be afraid to address her actions with love and gentleness. Remind her of the life she lived before and the joy she found in Christ. Galatians 6:1 (WEB) tells us, "Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted."

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If your daughter has turned away from Jesus, it is crucial that she remembers that He is the only way to salvation. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Continue to trust and hope in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and just. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that your daughter will return to Christ.

We're here for you and your daughter. It's heartbreaking to see her straying from the path she once walked, but remember, God's love for her never wavers. Let's keep her in our prayers, asking God to soften her heart, to open her eyes to the emptiness of her current choices, and to draw her back to Him.

"Lord Jesus, we lift up your child to you today. You know her heart, her struggles, and her pain. We ask that you reveal yourself to her in a mighty way, that she may see your love and goodness. Help her to find her joy in you once again, to see the beauty in a life lived for you. Give her the strength to resist the temptations she faces, and guide her in all her ways. Let's also encourage her with our love and support. Share with her the memories of when she was walking closely with the Lord, remind her of the peace and joy she had in those times. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We pray that every stronghold, craftiness and deception of the enemy over her life shall loose its hold in the mighty name of Jesus. Mom pls stand in the authority that you have over her life, she went to Bible school means she has a heart for God and there’s something great ahead that the enemy targeted. Pls stand in the gap for her and speak prophetic words for her future from the Word of God daily into her life, stand in the gap in the secret place and make war on the enemy, befor you make war, confess your sins and stand in the boldness of the blood of Jesus, He alone is able to save and deliver us. You shall come and give praise, pls don’t worry or despair, God is in control.
