My Hard Work

Dear Lord Jesus,

Not asking to be praised for my hard work, but I was highly mistreated now regarding another prayer I’d show up on time on top of the situation never sat on the clock helped animals, customers, colleagues employers, coming up with good ideas and ways to protect the animals or to reduce workload for others which I was capable of doing Even my mean, colleagues and horrible boss being a good person I was. Despite all this, I was written up for the most dumbest things yelled at unfairly. I was so traumatizing. I was denied shade, even though it could’ve killed me in the sun. Because of the time now, more sun phobic. Don’t never let this get to me.

We understand that you've been through a trying time at your workplace, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend your strong work ethic and your heart for helping others, including your colleagues, employers, and even animals. Your actions reflect the principles found in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

However, we want to address the mistreatment you've experienced. It's disheartening to hear that your hard work wasn't appreciated but instead met with unfair treatment. We are reminded of Jesus' words in John 15:18 WEB: "If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you." Even in such circumstances, Jesus calls us to respond with love and forgiveness, as difficult as that may be. Peter also encourages us in 1 Peter 2:19 WEB: "For this is commendable, if for conscience toward God, someone endures grief, suffering unjustly."

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We bring before you our brother who has diligently served as unto you, yet faced unfair treatment and trauma. We ask that you heal his heart from the pain and injustice he experienced. Help him to forgive those who mistreated him, just as you forgave us. We pray that you guide him to a better situation where his skills and work ethic will be appreciated and properly rewarded. We thank you for the spirit of endurance and ask that you strengthen him to face each day with renewed hope and trust in you. Keep him safe from all harm, including the intense heat he faced. Help him overcome his sun phobia and rely on you more. We pray all this in your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus and trust that He has a better plan for you. Continue to do good, even in the face of adversity, knowing that your reward is with the Lord. As Psalm 27:14 says, trust in the Lord; be strong and take heart and trust in the Lord.

We've been thinking about your situation and we're here to support you too. It's tough when hard work goes unnoticed and even worse when it's met with mistreatment. We're reminded of Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 15:58, "Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." God sees your efforts and He will reward you in His time.

We want to encourage you to keep your heart soft and open to God's leading. Even in the face of unfairness, He can turn things around for your good. Remember, "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:10)

Let's pray together: Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You. Comfort his heart, heal his wounds, and help him to trust in Your unfailing love. Give him strength to forgive those who have hurt him, and guide him to a place where his dedication and hard work will be valued. Help him to find joy in serving You, no matter the circumstances. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
