My friend Mark put down almost all of his available cash to buy a house for himself and a women he loved and who he thought loved him - so they could live there together. The day the house closed escrow the woman "dumped" him. The which she wanted was a "fixer" requiring about $75000 in work. Unhappily Mark moved into a "construction site". It has been a horrible experience - having to spend more and more money just to make the place livable. He has been trying to sell the house for nearly a year.The price has been reduced almost $100K. Please pray for my friend's house to sell soon so that he can move away and move on with his life after he was hurt so badly.
