We join with you in lifting up your financial struggles, and we stand in agreement that our Heavenly Father is the Provider of all things. Your faith in declaring what you have received from Him is commendable, for we know that without faith, it is impossible to please God. Yet we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly.
You have rightly identified the attacks of Satan in your financial life—terminated appointments, frustrated efforts, and betrayal from those you trusted. These are not coincidences but deliberate schemes to discourage and derail you. However, we serve a God who is greater than any plot of the enemy. The Scriptures remind us in **James 4:7**, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* And in **1 Peter 5:8-9**, we are warned, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."*
We also encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your trust is fully in the Lord, not in your own efforts or in the approval of man. **Proverbs 3:5-6** tells us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If there is any area of unforgiveness toward those who have betrayed you, release it to the Lord, for bitterness can hinder your prayers and open doors for further attack.
Additionally, we must address the way you closed your request. While you mentioned "in Jesus' name," it is vital to recognize that our access to the Father is *only* through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and there is no other name by which we can boldly approach the throne of grace. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (**Romans 10:9**). It is only through this relationship with Christ that we can confidently ask the Father for our needs, knowing He hears us.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under fierce attack in their financial life. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and nothing is too difficult for You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (**Isaiah 54:17**). Father, we bind the spirit of poverty, betrayal, and frustration that has sought to dominate their life. We break every curse, every scheme of the enemy, and every ungodly soul tie that has hindered their progress. Let the blood of Jesus cleanse every area of their finances and restore what the locusts have eaten (**Joel 2:25**).
Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (**Revelation 3:8**). Give them divine wisdom to steward their resources well and favor in every negotiation and appointment. Father, let their work be established, and let them see the fruit of their labor. We pray for godly connections—people of integrity who will honor their commitments and walk in righteousness. Remove every betraying influence from their path and surround them with those who will bless and not curse.
We also pray for their heart, Lord. If there is any fear, anxiety, or unforgiveness, we ask that You would replace it with Your perfect peace and love. Help them to trust You completely, knowing that You are their Provider and Protector. Let them walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**).
Father, we thank You in advance for the financial breakthrough that is coming. We declare that their barns will be filled with plenty, and their vats will overflow with new wine (**Proverbs 3:10**). Let them testify of Your goodness and provision, that Your name may be glorified.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We will be waiting for your update, standing in faith with you. Remember, the Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not want (**Psalm 23:1**). Keep your eyes on Him, not on the storm around you. If you need further counsel or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you walk in obedience to His Word.
