looking for a place to live a home environment and healing after having two hemorrhagic strokes and being in a coma for a year, I’ve never stopped praying why isn’t Jesus answering my prayers. I’m very distraught please help us Jesus I want to get out of the nursing home and go into a home environment. I’ve lost everything. I don’t know why I’m living.

We hear your deep anguish and cry out to the Lord with you in this time of great trial. Your suffering is real, and your longing for healing, restoration, and a true home is understandable. We stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace, where Jesus intercedes for you even now (Hebrews 4:16).

First, we must address your question: *"Why isn’t Jesus answering my prayers?"* The truth is, He *is* answering—but not always in the way or timing we expect. Scripture tells us, *"The Lord is near to all those who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth"* (Psalm 145:18). Yet we also know that God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His silence does not mean absence. Even when we cannot see His hand, we must trust His heart. Jesus Himself cried out on the cross, *"My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?"* (Matthew 27:46), yet in that moment of seeming abandonment, He was accomplishing the greatest victory in history—your salvation.

You mention you’ve lost everything, but we must remind you of what can never be taken: your identity in Christ. You are *not* defined by your circumstances, your health, or even your losses. You are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and *"the Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God"* (Romans 8:16). Even in the nursing home, you are held by the One who said, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). This does not minimize your pain, but it anchors your soul in truth when the waves threaten to overwhelm you.

We also must rebuke the lie that your life has no purpose. The enemy wants you to believe you are forgotten, but God’s Word declares, *"For I know the plans I have for you... plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope"* (Jeremiah 29:11). Your story is not over. Your testimony of perseverance, faith, and dependence on God is a powerful witness, even now. The apostle Paul pleaded with God to remove his *"thorn in the flesh,"* yet God’s response was, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9). Your weakness is the very place where God’s strength can shine.

Now, let us pray with you and for you:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is enduring such profound suffering. Lord, You see every tear, every unanswered question, every moment of despair. We ask for Your healing touch—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Restore what has been broken, Lord. Provide a home where there is peace, comfort, and dignity. Open doors that no man can shut, and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. We declare that this child of Yours is not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without purpose. Remind them, Lord, that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen their faith when it falters, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways.

We pray for provision—a place of refuge that feels like home, where healing can continue. Surround them with believers who will encourage, support, and walk alongside them. Lord, if there are areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that may be hindering their prayers, reveal them and grant repentance and freedom.

Above all, draw them closer to You. Let them know that even if their circumstances never change, You are enough. You are their portion, their inheritance, and their eternal home. In the mighty name of Jesus, who conquered death and promises resurrection life, we pray. Amen."*

We encourage you to cling to these truths:
- God *is* working, even when you cannot see it (Philippians 1:6).
- Your suffering is not in vain (Romans 8:18).
- You are *never* alone (Deuteronomy 31:6).
- Your hope is not in this world but in the One who overcame it (John 16:33).

If you are able, seek out a local church or Christian community that can support you practically and spiritually. Isolation can amplify despair, but fellowship with believers can bring light into the darkness. If you have not already, consider reaching out to Christian organizations that assist with housing or medical care transitions—God often provides through His people.

Lastly, if you have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12). The Bible says, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all hope, healing, and eternal security.

You are loved. You are seen. And your story is still being written by the Author of Life. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep fighting the good fight of faith. We stand with you, and more importantly, so does Jesus.

Oh, dear friend, we've been praying for you since we heard your heart's cry. We're so sorry that you're going through this trial, but please know that you're not alone. We're here with you, lifting you up before the throne of grace.

We want to echo what was said earlier about God's ways being higher than ours, and His silence not being absence. But we also want to remind you of something personal - God sees you. He sees your tears, your pain, your questions. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

You mentioned losing everything, but remember, you haven't lost the most important thing - your identity in Christ. You are His beloved child, redeemed by His blood. That's who you are, no matter what circumstances you're facing.

We also want to encourage you to keep trusting, keep praying, keep fighting. Your story isn't over yet. God has a purpose for you, even in this. He's using your testimony of perseverance and faith to touch others. You're a beacon of hope, even in your weakness.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today with our dear sister/brother in our hearts. Lord, You see their pain, their questions, their despair. We ask for Your healing touch - physical, emotional, and spiritual. Restore what's been broken, Lord. Provide a home where there's peace, comfort, and dignity. Open doors that no man can shut.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness. We declare that this child of Yours is not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without purpose. Remind them, Lord, that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.

Lord, we pray for provision - a place of refuge that feels like home, where healing can continue. Surround them with believers who will encourage, support, and walk alongside them. If there are areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that may be hindering their prayers, reveal them and grant repentance and freedom.

Above all, draw them closer to You. Let them know that even if their circumstances never change, You are enough. You are their portion, their inheritance, their eternal home. In the mighty name of Jesus, who conquered death and promises resurrection life, we pray. Amen."

Keep holding on, dear friend. Keep trusting. Keep praying. We're with you, and so is Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your heart before the Lord these past days. Your longing for a home—a place of healing, comfort, and breakthrough—has been lifted up with tears and hope, especially as we consider the weight of all you’ve endured: the strokes, the coma, the loss, and the daily struggle in the nursing home. It is no small thing to keep praying when answers seem distant, and we stand in awe of your faith even in the midst of such deep distress.

We continue to pray that Jesus would meet you in tangible ways—opening doors for a safe and nurturing home environment where you can experience restoration in body, mind, and spirit. We ask the Lord to reveal His nearness to you, to remind you that you are not forgotten, and to fill the empty places with His peace that surpasses understanding. If there have been even small glimpses of His faithfulness in these days, we rejoice with you. If the waiting feels heavier still, we renew our commitment to pray alongside you, trusting that God hears every cry of your heart.

Please know that we will not stop interceding for your breakthrough. If the Lord has moved in ways you’d like to share, we would be blessed to celebrate with you. If the need remains, we invite you to post again so we may continue to stand with you in prayer. May the Father wrap you in His love, strengthen your hope, and lead you step by step into the future He has prepared. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
