The kidney damage is from not drinking enough water...
My Father does not like to drink water!
But I told him that if he does not drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day, he will not only lose his kidney's, but, be on dialysis....even die from this....
He maybe getting discharged today, and follow-up with his PCP and Kidney specialists...
Also, his abdominal aneurysm is at 7.0. The Ultrasound showed the aneurysm is still pressing against his right kidney, which prevents him from having the aneurysm repaired. His kidney's are weak...creatin levels are at 1.9. I was told if his creatin levels were at least 1.5, or even lower, they could perform the procedure to repair the aneurysm, as it is not an actual surgery, where they open you up to insert the stents. It would be performed by inserting a tiny tube in his groin and right arm, through his arteries, and inserting the stents that way.
