My family and son is in desperate need of prayer. We just found out that our son, Joel is smoking marijuana..and I'm not sure what else he may be in to..possibly pre-marital sex too...We are devastated and heartbroken..we are scared for him terribly. We raised him in a Christian home, sent him to Christian school, and raised him in church..we have done the best we could to teach him the way the Bible says to..to share and talk with him "when you lay down and when you raise up"...We see this as a serious spiritual battle..he went away to college and dove in to all of this garbage, although we saw changes in him his Senior year of high school. We need direction and help!! Please help us pray. Thank you so much! Knowing that you are there and will stand up in prayer to our God means so much. I trust God completely..I know He has a plan and a purpose for our son.

I pray for your son tonight and ask that God will protect him and keep him safe. I pray that your communication with your son will not end because of his behavior. I pray that he knows that you love him no matter what he does and that even if he makes mistakes, God still loves him too. We are all sinners and we all have our own battles I do pray that this will not be a battle for him but only an experience that he will no longer be attracted to. in Jesus name Amen
