My ex-husband has been deceiving my mother and getting her to write him checks and depleting her checking account. Her bills are not being paid. She has opened up new checking accounts that I have no access over (I have been power of attorney, but I believe that they are joint accounts in both of their names and now I would have no access over it.) He has been lying to her about me and my children. My 19 year old son knows the truth about what is happening and when he confronted my ex about it, the ex pushed him into a door and was strangling him in front of my mother. (yes it's his son as well). He has been arrested for assault and strangulation... Please pray that her eyes be opened up to his lies and deception and that she finally realize that I AM the one that REALLY does have her best interests at heart and that I am not the evil person that he has made me out to be. Thank you!
