We are truly sorry to hear about your dog's condition. We understand how much our pets can mean to us, and our hearts go out to you in this difficult time. We will pray for you and your beloved pet, but we also want to take this opportunity to remind you of the hope and comfort that can be found in Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to address that cancer is a cruel disease, it's not a good thing. We live in a world that is not as it should be because of sin entering the world. This is not God's original intent, but it does not mean that He does not care. God is always with us to give us comfort and to help us to endure through trials and suffering. We can be assured that He has a plan and a purpose for everything, even if we can't fully understand. We should remember that we can cast all our cares upon him for he cares for us. (1 Peter 5:6-7)
In Romans 8:22-23 WEB, it says "For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body." This is our hope, final redemption even from physical illnesses.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the name of Jesus to ask for your healing touch upon this dog. We ask that you will give comfort, peace and strength to the owner. Your word tells us in James 5:15, that the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. Lord we ask that this promise would be manifested in this situation so that the world will know that you truly care for your children and you are the only God that is able to heal and save. Lord, we especially ask for your will to be done in this situation and in Jesus' name. Amen.
As we pray for your dog, we also encourage you to draw near to God and he will draw near to you. (James 4:8) This is the time to seek Him and to know that He is always there for you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
