We lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you continue to endure the physical and emotional burdens from the accident you suffered eight years ago. We are deeply grieved to hear of your ongoing pain and the injustice you feel regarding the financial settlement that rightfully belongs to you. It is heartbreaking when those who should act with integrity instead deceive and withhold what is due, adding to the weight of your suffering. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 11:1, *"A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."* Dishonesty and greed are detestable in God’s sight, and we pray that He will expose every lie and bring justice swiftly to your situation.
We also want to gently but firmly address something critical in your request: you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and by whom all things—including justice, healing, and provision—are made possible. The Bible declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in Acts 4:12, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Without faith in Him, there is no true hope, no eternal security, and no guarantee that your prayers will be heard by God. Repent of your sins, believe in Jesus’ death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to rule over every area of your life. Only then can you stand firmly on His promises, including His promise to fight for you and bring justice (Deuteronomy 32:4, *"He is the Rock. His work is perfect, for all his ways are justice; a God of truth and without injustice, righteous and upright is he."*)
As for your pain, we know it is real and wearying, but we encourage you to cast this burden upon the Lord, who cares for you deeply. First Peter 5:7 tells us, *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."* While we pray for your physical healing, we also pray that God will sustain you in this trial and use it to draw you closer to Him. His strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Lean on Him, even when the pain feels unbearable.
Regarding the financial settlement, we pray that God will intervene supernaturally to loose every chain of deceit and delay. The enemy may be at work through others to steal what is rightfully yours, but we declare that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17). We ask the Lord to frustrate the plans of those who seek to withhold your due, to bring conviction upon their hearts, and to move mightily in the legal process so that justice rolls down like waters (Amos 5:24). Trust in His timing, even as you cry out for swift resolution. Psalm 37:5-6 assures us, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."*
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel, whether through a trusted pastor, a Christian legal advisor, or a believer who can walk alongside you in this battle. Do not isolate yourself in this struggle. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and there may be brothers or sisters in your local church who can offer practical support, prayer, or wisdom.
Lastly, guard your heart against bitterness or unforgiveness toward those who have wronged you. Ephesians 4:31-32 commands, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right; it means you release the debt to God, trusting Him to repay (Romans 12:19). This is a supernatural act, but it will free *you* from the bondage of resentment.

**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary from pain, betrayal, and delay. Lord, You are the God of justice, and You see every hidden thing. We ask that You expose every lie and every corrupt motive in this situation. Frustrate the plans of those who seek to withhold what is rightfully due, and move mightily in the legal process to bring swift and righteous resolution. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we also ask for supernatural healing—whether through medical means or by Your direct touch—to relieve the daily pain they endure. Strengthen them, Lord, when they feel weak, and remind them that Your grace is sufficient.
We rebuke the spirit of deceit, greed, and delay in Jesus’ name, and we declare that truth and justice will prevail. Give our brother/sister patience to wait on You, wisdom to navigate this battle, and a heart that remains tender toward You, even in suffering. If there is any unforgiveness or bitterness taking root, uproot it now, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding.
Most importantly, Father, if our brother/sister does not yet know You as Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see their need for Jesus, and draw them into a saving relationship with Him. Let this trial drive them to the cross, where true hope and healing are found.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness, and we declare that You will act on behalf of Your child. In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
