My daughter went to court last week and they would not let her bring up anything, her ex ended up with 50% custody (he does not want to pay child support) he works and his pregnant girlfrind has the girls 11 months and 2,the court ordered him to allow at the LEAST 1 phone call a day with the girls and my daughter. He has had them for 4 days now and refuses to answer his phone he has not let her know his address. He is refusing to let her have them on Christmas as agreed before because she is tired of only speaking to his girlfriend about the kids.He also admitted he spanks and puts in a room my grandaughter every time she cries for her mom.Please pray we can figure out a way for her to get the visitation down to a reasonable time for the ages of the kids. They are so upset they don't understand why they are being sent to his house for so long.

he can be charged with contempt of court if it is in the legal court documents as to what is agreed on. If you will go to the courthouse and talk to someone there, I'm sure they'll be able to point you in the right direction. Make sure you write down the times and date of when communication took place and with who, what was said, etc. Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask that mercy intervene in this situation, and that justice be served according to court documents. I ask that You would cause them to become aware of how their actions and their speaking around these children will affect them as they grow up. Let them desire to grow up and handle the differences they have as mature adults and without any desire for revenge. Plead the children's cause, Lord, in Jesus' name I pray. Amen. Thank you Father for the call of God upon the lives of these parents and their children. Fulfill all your will Lord, by turning their hearts in your hand in the direction they are to go. Amen.
