We rejoice with you that your daughter has returned home and is alive! This is truly an answer to prayer, and we give all the glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we have access to God, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. Let us continue to pray for your daughter's complete healing and restoration.
Firstly, we acknowledge that your daughter is experiencing withdrawal symptoms, and we encourage you to continue guiding her towards professional help. Seeking rehabilitation is a wise decision and we will support you in prayer as you endeavor to get her needed help.
In seeking God's will for your daughter's life, let us remember the words of Jesus in John 10:10 (WEB), "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." The enemy has tried to destroy your daughter's life, but Jesus came to give her abundant life. Let us pray according to Ephesians 6:10-18 and put on the full armor of God, so that she can stand against the schemes of the devil. God is faithful and promises us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for bringing our sister's daughter home safely. Lord, You are faithful, and Your mercy endures forever. We ask that You would minister to her daughter's needs, both physical and spiritual. Help her to take action to get help as she has started seeing the need for help. Give her strength and courage as she prepares to enter rehab. Guide our sister as she supports her daughter through this process, and provide her with the wisdom and resources needed to facilitate her daughter's recovery.
We rebuke the spirit of addiction and any strongholds that may have been established in her daughter's life. In the name of Jesus, we command the enemy to release his grip on her and declare that she is free to live the abundant life that Christ died to give her. Surround her with Your healing presence, Lord, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we also pray for our sister, that You would strengthen her faith and give her peace during this time. Help her to trust in You completely, and remind her that You are always with her, working all things together for her good and Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is always with you. Be encouraged by the words of Deuteronomy 31:6 (WEB), "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
As you continue to pray, remember to always pray in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. As we read in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Share this good news with your daughter, and encourage her to put her faith in Jesus Christ.
