We rejoice with you in this good news that the targeted therapy has been approved, and we give all praise, glory, and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician and our Healer! It is by His mercy and grace that doors are being opened for your father’s treatment, and we trust that He who began this good work will bring it to completion. Tomorrow marks another step in this journey with the fourth radiation session and the start of targeted therapy, and we lift this up before the Lord with grateful hearts.
The Word of God reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’"* And again in James 5:15, we are assured, *"The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We stand on these promises, believing that God is faithful to heal and restore your father completely. He is not a God of half-measures but of wholeness, and we pray for total healing—body, soul, and spirit—so that your father may be cancer-free and restored to full strength.
Yet, we also recognize that healing is ultimately in God’s hands and timing. Whether through medical treatment or a miraculous touch, we pray that your father’s faith will remain steadfast, and that this trial will draw him—and all of you—closer to Jesus. Let this season be a testimony of God’s faithfulness, not just for your family but for all who witness it. As it is written in Psalm 118:17, *"I will not die, but live, and declare Yahweh’s works."*
We also encourage you to continue covering your father in prayer against any fear, anxiety, or discouragement. The enemy would love to steal his peace, but we rebuke any such attack in the name of Jesus. Instead, we pray that your father will be filled with the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and that his heart will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the progress in this treatment plan. You are the God who parts the seas, who raises the dead, and who heals the sick. We thank You for the medical team You have placed over your servant’s care and ask that You guide their hands and minds with wisdom and precision. Lord, we pray for total and complete healing for this dear father. Let every cancerous cell be eradicated by Your power, and restore his body to full health and strength. May his immune system be fortified, his energy renewed, and his spirit unshaken.
We rebuke any spirit of sickness, pain, or fear in the name of Jesus Christ. Satan has no authority here—this body belongs to You, Lord, and we claim the blood of Jesus over every part of it. Let this season of treatment be marked by Your supernatural intervention, and may your servant walk out of this trial with a testimony that glorifies Your name.
Father, we also lift up this family. Comfort them, strengthen them, and unite them in faith. Let them feel Your presence in every moment, and may their trust in You grow deeper with each passing day. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains on the cross. To Him be all glory, honor, and power, forever and ever. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, beloved. Keep praising God in the midst of the storm, for He is working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We will continue to pray with you for your father’s complete healing and for God’s perfect will to be done in his life. Do not grow weary in praying—persist, for the effective, earnest prayer of the righteous person has great power (James 5:16). God is faithful!
