My dad was supposed to have surgery for his herniated disc today, but the doctor had to cancel the appointment due to the insurance problems. Please pray that the this situation will work out and that my dad will get surgery for his back. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear that insurance company not paying yet. This is just happening more and more in this country. It really bothers me. They won't do a payment plan. They want all the copays up front, and the copays are very expensive. I have a friend here I had to give $42.00 to because the doctor would not treat her for two stress fractures of her feet because she owed a lousy back-bill she didn't even remember. I will pray for your situation. Never thought I would say this, but I think we should have universal health care in this country. The situation now is tragic. Yours in Christ, Lamb.
