My Dad And My Health Problems

Please pray for me. I have Sjorgren's Syndrome that is affecting soo many parts of my life. I am lacking in sleep and lacking energy, let alone the other bad parts. I have 5 children and don't feel I can do my job very well. My dad also had surgery to remove cancer and I would love to hear he is cancer free on friday. Thank you
