My brother wants me to water some plants for him while he is at work; I am trying to but it is very difficult because of not eating enough protein today. Please pray that I eat more foods with enough protein and for healing of this awful eating disorder. Thank you.

Give Your angels charge over me to protect and keep me safe from all evil, hurt, harm, danger, and the plans of the enemy of my soul.  Let no weapon formed against me prosper. God defeat, chasten,  scatter, and save my enemies. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, do the same for the writer of this prayer, those I love, and care about.
