My brother is mentally ill since last

My brother is mentally ill since last year, he talk to himself from morning to morning,does'nt sleep,does'nt bath. Now my mothers bp is too high since she is stress and his condition. My brother is not the first one to our family to have this condition. He is the 5th one....please pray for our family. Bless you
