My boss asked me to work next year without ...

My boss asked me to work next year without pay. No pay at all. He likes my work but said, ' I know you don't care about money, so would you like to.....' God has met our needs, yet I feel it's wrong and not fair to expect me to work a year without pay. The other people within the organization are being paid, why not me? Praying for Jesus to bless me in my work and provide me HIS (God's) favor since I'm not getting any favor at work with my boss. Praying Jesus changes my boss's mind and wants to compensate me OR that Jesus somehow makes it fair in another way. Need clear wisdom/help on this matter. Thank you for praying. God is able to handle this perfectly.
