Humble Prayer Partner
My beloved wife has been driven to adultery from past sins, feelings of neglect, and having to endure periodic separations due to the complexities of secular law. We come from two different countries which have strict requirements for citizenship (oddly enough Canada and the United States) and these periods weigh very heavily upon both of us. I have never sought another woman to replace her in our marriage and through four such separations she has remained upright and faithful up until this last time. She was pushed aside by her family in the United States and was left to live in her vehicle. The stress of this caused her to fall. She chose to find another man and some form of security and it has led to her entering into an adulterous affair. I pray the hedge prayer daily and have given this matter to our Father as any efforts I’ve made to reach her have only driven her further away. I ask that anyone who reads this pray for God’s will to convict her in her sins and further to convict this man as well. He knows about me and still seeks to destroy the marriage we share that is sanctified by God. Her heart has become so hardened and she somehow blames me for first driving her family away (which I’ve never done) and through this for driving her away. I’m in Canada faithfully awaiting her return to God and myself. Plagued with a back injury that has left me bereft of much of my health and finances I have no means to provide for her and barely can manage currently to provide for myself. All things are possible through our Father and I cast all of this upon Him and pray hourly for Him to resolve this terrible crime against our family. I have two earthly desires – one to reside in all ways with our heavenly Father in His will and to be guided by Him in all ways – and two to have our marriage restored through His works and will. Please, I ask any and all who read this to pray for us. I thank you Father for all of your efforts and seek the strength to endure this horrible crime against your most precious promise of marriage. Haleluyah. In Your Son’s precious name I pray for resolution and reconciliation and a swift return to our sacred eternal marriage.
