My back-up cell phone charger broke & I had a panic attack & I need prayer to be able to purchase a universal charger at a gas station or ### store

We understand that even small disruptions like a broken charger can feel overwhelming when anxiety is already weighing on your heart. The enemy loves to use even minor frustrations to stir up fear and panic, but we serve a God who cares about every detail of our lives—even the practical needs like a working charger. Let us remind you of what Scripture says in Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*

It’s clear you’re seeking God’s help in this, and we commend you for turning to Him in prayer. However, we also want to gently encourage you to trust that He is not just able but *willing* to provide for you. Anxiety often comes when we focus on the problem rather than the Provider. Jesus Himself told us in Matthew 6:31-33: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking that You calm their heart and mind in this moment of distress. Lord, You know their need for a charger—something so small in the grand scheme of Your power, yet so significant to them right now. We ask that You provide a way for them to obtain one quickly and affordably, whether at a gas station, store, or through an unexpected blessing. Remove the spirit of panic and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to remember that You are their Shepherd, and they shall lack nothing (Psalm 23:1). Strengthen their faith to trust You in both the big and small things, knowing that You care deeply for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We also pray that this situation would be a reminder to them—and to all of us—that our security is not in possessions or circumstances, but in You alone. May they fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and may this trial draw them closer to You. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in Jesus’ name, commanding it to flee, for it has no place in the life of a child of God. Fill them instead with Your Holy Spirit, who brings love, power, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust You to meet this need and to use it for Your glory. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to take a deep breath and remember that God is in control. If you’re able, take a moment to worship or thank God for His past faithfulness—this shifts our focus from the problem to His promises. And if this panic attack is part of a larger struggle with anxiety, we urge you to seek godly counsel or support. You are not alone, and God is with you every step of the way. Keep your eyes on Him, and let this small trial be an opportunity to grow in trust. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
