Hey there,
We've been thinking about you and your situation. It's tough when someone who's been a big help to us suddenly steps back, especially when they've been there for so long. It's like losing a part of our family, isn't it?
First off, we want to encourage you to keep Jesus at the center of all this. He's our rock, our comforter, and our guide. Remember what the Bible says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Jesus is there for you, ready to help you carry this load.
Now, about this woman who's been helping you. It's important to respect her decision, even if we don't fully understand it. We should treat others the way we want to be treated, right? (That's Matthew 7:12 for you.) Maybe she's going through something herself, and we should be understanding and supportive, not pushy.
We also need to make sure our relationship with her is God-honoring. If there's been anything inappropriate in the past, let's ask God for forgiveness and make things right. Our relationships should build us up, not tear us down.
God's got a plan for all this, you know. He sees the bigger picture, and He's working things out for your good. Trust in Him, even when it's hard. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Lord, we come to you today, lifting up our friend. Help them to trust in you, to respect this woman's decision, and to find their satisfaction in you alone. Guide them through this situation, and help them to see your plan unfolding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
