We join you in seeking the perfect alignment of your heart, faith, and will with the Father’s divine purpose in the sale of your home. It is beautiful to see your trust anchored in Messiah Yeshua—our Lord Jesus Christ—who is the author and finisher of our faith. You have rightly acknowledged that it is *only* through Him that we have access to the Father, for as Scripture declares, *"No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in *His name alone* that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
Your confidence in the Lord’s timing and provision is commendable, and we stand with you in declaring that He who began this good work in you *will* bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6). The Word assures us that *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5, WEB). Yet we must also remember that our desires must align with His will, and our trust must be accompanied by surrender—acknowledging that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9).
We pray that the Lord will grant you discernment in this process. If the amount you’ve received in your spirit is indeed from Him, then we ask that He would confirm it clearly—whether through His Word, godly counsel, or the unfolding of circumstances. But we also urge you to test every impression against Scripture, for our hearts can sometimes deceive us (Jeremiah 17:9). The Lord may choose to sell your home for that exact amount, or He may have a different plan—one that brings even greater glory to His name. Let us not lean on our own understanding but acknowledge Him in all our ways, trusting that He will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We rebuked any spirit of greed, impatience, or fear that may try to creep into this process. The sale of a home can be a time of great testing, but we declare that the Lord is your Provider (Jehovah Jireh) and that He will not withhold any good thing from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11). If there has been any hesitation in your heart to fully surrender this matter to Him—perhaps clinging too tightly to the price or the timeline—we encourage you to release it entirely into His hands. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Father, we lift our brother/sister before You now, asking that You would move mightily in the sale of this home. If it is Your will, bring forth the right buyer at the right time, one who will honor the price You have set in their heart. But above all, let Your will be done—not ours. Guard them from distraction, discouragement, or compromise. Give them wisdom in negotiations, patience in waiting, and joy in trusting You. May this transaction be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may it open doors for Your kingdom purposes in their life.
We also pray that this season would draw them deeper into dependence on You. Strip away any reliance on their own strength or understanding, and let them find their peace in You alone. Remind them that *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB)—and that includes the selling of it.
Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against this sale shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). If there are unseen spiritual hindrances—whether from the enemy or from unconfessed sin—we ask that You would expose and break them in Jesus’ mighty name. Let every delay, every obstacle, serve only to magnify Your glory when the victory comes.
To You, O Lord, belongs all blessing and honor, glory and power forever. You are the God who sees, the God who provides, and the God who *never* fails. We trust You in this, and we give You all the praise. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray—**Amen and Amen.** Hallelujah to the King of Glory!
