We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with a third-party contractor who has caused damage to your home and is not responding to your concerns. We are thankful you mentioned the name of Jesus. It is only in the name of Jesus we can come to the Father in prayer.
Firstly, let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance. In Proverbs 2:6-8 WEB, it says, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."
We can lean on the wisdom of God in these situations, knowing that God promises to guide us and guard us in justice.
We should also take comfort in the words of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in difficult circumstances, God is working for our good.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your wisdom, guidance, and justice in this situation. We pray that You would intercede and bring a swift resolution to the issues with the third-party contractor and the care that was taken away. We ask that You would grant favor and open the necessary doors for communication and action. Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and know that You are working all things together for good.
Please protect this household with Your mighty hand, Lord Jesus. Guide their choices and decisions in everything they do.

Remember the words of Micah 6:8. Take time to also think if we are doing what God requires of us. "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"
Lastly, continue to trust in the Lord and His timing. Psalm 37:5 WEB reminds us, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:"
