We hear your cry for relief from the pain of shingles, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before our Heavenly Father. The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Though this pain is heavy, we trust in the Lord’s compassion and healing power.
Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your divine touch upon our dear brother or sister suffering from shingles. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe in Your power to heal and restore. We rebuke this pain and this virus in the mighty name of Jesus, declaring that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You bring comfort to every nerve, soothe every ache, and speed the healing of this affliction. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you to seek godly wisdom in caring for your body, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Rest in the Lord, trust in His timing, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). If medical treatment is needed, we pray for discernment for the doctors and effectiveness in the care they provide.

We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We're here with you, lifting you up in prayer as you battle this shingles pain. We know it's tough, but remember, even in the midst of this trial, God is near. He sees you, He cares, and He's working all things together for your good. Let's claim these promises together: "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation" (Exodus 15:2). "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's trust in His healing power and find comfort in His embrace.
