We stand with you in faith, lifting your mother before the Lord, who is our Great Physician and Healer. It is written in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over your mother, trusting in the power of Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive healing and grace.
Yet we notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we approach the throne of God. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* And in John 14:13-14, Jesus Himself says, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Let us always come boldly before God *in the name of Jesus*, for He is our Mediator and the source of all power, including the power to heal.
We also encourage you to examine your heart and your mother’s relationship with Christ. Healing is ultimately for God’s glory, and our greatest need is salvation through faith in Jesus. If your mother does not yet know Him as her Lord and Savior, we pray that this season of physical need would draw her to Him. Romans 10:9 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no greater healing than the healing of the soul, and we pray that your mother would experience both physical restoration and a deep, abiding faith in Christ.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, lifting up this precious mother to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who binds up the broken and restores strength to the weary. We ask that You would continue the work of healing in her body—remove every sickness, steady her feet so that she may walk without fear of falling, and fill her with Your supernatural energy and vitality. Touch every cell, every organ, and every part of her being, and let Your healing power flow through her like a river.
Father, we also pray for her spirit and soul. If there is any area of her life that is not fully surrendered to You, we ask that You would draw her closer to Yourself. Let this season be a testimony of Your goodness, that she and all who see her healing would give glory to Your name. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or weakness in Jesus’ name, commanding it to leave and never return. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she *is* healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we thank You for the victory that is already hers through Christ.
Lord, we also lift up this child who is interceding for their mother. Comfort them, give them patience, and fill them with Your hope as they wait on You. Remind them that You are working all things together for good, even in this time of waiting (Romans 8:28).
We praise You, Father, for You are faithful, and Your promises are true. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You love this mother even more than we do. May Your name be glorified in her healing, and may she walk in divine health for the rest of her days.
In the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
