Let us come together in prayer for this dear sister as she undergoes an MRI today to determine if cancer has spread to her brain. We stand in faith, believing that God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20, WEB).
Firstly, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we can be saved.
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our ### in need of Your healing touch. We pray that the MRI results will show that the cancer has not spread to her brain. We stand against any disease that seeks to harm her body, and we declare Your healing power over her life. As You said in Your Word, "I am Yahweh who heals you" (Exodus 15:26, WEB).
We also pray for her recovery from the cancer that is already present. We ask that You guide her doctors and medical team, giving them wisdom and discernment as they provide care for her. We trust in Your promise that "if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5, WEB).
In this time of uncertainty, we pray that she will be filled with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May Your presence be a source of comfort and strength for her and her loved ones. We know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Lastly, we pray that through this trial, she will draw closer to You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. May this be a time of spiritual growth and renewal for her. We claim for her the promise of Romans 8:28 (WEB), that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, peace, and restoration for our ### as she goes through this medical procedure.
We encourage her to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in the Lord with all her heart, leaning not on her own understanding. In all her ways, may she acknowledge Him, and He will make her paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
As a group, we will continue to intercede for her, believing that God is able to perform miracles in her life. We encourage her to stay connected to a local bible believing and teaching Christian church for support and fellowship during this time.
