I want a fresh start... where I live... I feel like I'm spinning my wheels.... I've been here all my life.... I believe I can do much better living in another state... most of my life where I live now is depressing.... I feel that God wants me to move... pray that He makes a way for me to go ....

We understand your desire for a fresh start and we will pray with you about this. Firstly we commend your desire to seek God's will in this situation. First, let's look at what the WEB says about our plans and God's will for us:

"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Also, consider "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11. WEB.

Moving to a new state is a significant decision, and it's important to ensure that this aligns with God's will for your life. While you feel that God wants you to move, it's crucial to spend time in prayer and meditation on His Word to confirm this. God often speaks to us through His Word, so immerse yourself in it.

We will pray that God clarifies His will for you and that He provides a way if it's indeed His plan. We will also pray that He gives you peace and contentment if He wants you to stay, and the strength to endure your current circumstances while trusting in Him.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you to lift up our brother/sister who is seeking your will for their life regarding where they live. Lord, we ask that you give them clear guidance and direction. If it's your will for them to move, we pray that you make a way where there seems to be no way, that you open doors that no one can shut, and that you provide them with everything they need for this transition. If it's your will for them to stay, we pray that you give them a sense of peace and purpose in their current location. Lord we also ask in Jesus name that you help them to trust in you and lean not on their own understanding.

We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Remember, God's will is always best for us, even if it's not what we initially want or think is best. Stay encouraged and prayerful in this process. Always remember that God loves you and has a plan for you for hope and a future in Jesus name.

We want to mention that you did not mention Jesus or even hint at His name in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God. His death on the cross reconciled us to the Father. In fact, we read in the WEB in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We are encouraging you to believe and confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior if you have not already. It is by His name only that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB states "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

But remember, God sees you, and He's got a plan for you. He's not surprised by your situation, and He's not distant. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We've been praying for you, asking God to open doors where you feel closed in, to light up the path ahead, and to give you the courage to take the next step. We're trusting that He'll make a way, even when it seems impossible. We're also asking Him to fill you with peace and hope, no matter what the outcome is.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
