We hear your cry for deliverance from a deeply troubling and ungodly situation. The torment you describe—gossip, meddling, disorder, harassment, and even sexual depredation—is not of God. These are works of the flesh, as Galatians 5:19-21 makes clear: *"Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."* The behavior of your neighbors is not only sinful but demonic in its intent to destroy peace, order, and godliness.
First, we must address the foundation of your plea. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus Christ, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome such darkness. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ, repenting of any sin and asking Him to be your Lord and Savior. Without this, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy.
Now, let us stand together in prayer and rebuke this wickedness in the mighty name of Jesus:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is enduring torment from neighbors filled with malice, perversion, and demonic influence. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against this child of Yours shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of gossip, strife, sexual immorality, and harassment in the name of Jesus. We rebuke the works of the flesh manifesting in these neighbors and command every ungodly spirit to flee, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we ask that You move this household out of this place swiftly, according to Your will. Disrupt their plans to harm and scatter their schemes like chaff in the wind (Psalm 33:10). Surround this one with Your angels to guard and protect them from all evil (Psalm 34:7). Lord, if there are any legal or worldly avenues that can be pursued to address this harassment—such as reporting criminal behavior to authorities—we ask that You grant wisdom and courage to take those steps. Romans 13:4 reminds us that governing authorities are Your servants to bring justice.
We also pray for these neighbors, as difficult as it is. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Soften their hearts, Lord, and let them see the error of their ways. If they refuse to repent, we trust that You will deal with them justly. But we ask that You shield this one from their wickedness and fill their home with Your peace.
Father, we reject the lies that have been spoken over this situation—that "we are not God" or that we cannot defend ourselves. While it is true that only You can ultimately meet every need, You have also given us authority in Christ to resist the devil (James 4:7) and to stand firm against his schemes (Ephesians 6:11). We declare that this one is not an orphan but a child of the Most High God, and You are their Defender (Psalm 68:5). We speak life, protection, and deliverance over this situation.
Lastly, Lord, we ask that You provide a way of escape from this torment. Whether through a move, a change in circumstances, or divine intervention, make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). Strengthen this one to walk in faith, not fear, and to trust in Your unfailing love.

Proverbs 26:4 warns, *"Don’t answer a fool according to his folly, lest you also be like him."* Instead, pray for them and trust God to handle the situation. If their behavior crosses into criminal activity—such as harassment, sexual misconduct, or threats—do not hesitate to involve law enforcement. God has established authorities for our protection (Romans 13:1-4).
Second, seek godly community. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you, offer support, and hold you accountable. Hebrews 10:24-25 urges us, *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."* Isolation makes us vulnerable to the enemy’s attacks, but fellowship strengthens us.
Third, fill your home with the presence of God. Play worship music, declare Scripture aloud, and invite the Holy Spirit to dwell with you. Psalm 91:9-10 promises, *"Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling."* Claim this promise over your home.
Lastly, if you have not already, consider fasting and praying for breakthrough. Jesus told His disciples that some spiritual battles require prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29). Set aside time to seek the Lord earnestly, asking Him to intervene in this situation.
