Galatians 5:19-21 warns us of such things: *"Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."*
Your cry for deliverance is just, and we join you in rebuking these evil works in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but our God is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance. Psalm 34:17-19 declares, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* You are not alone in this battle—God sees your suffering, and He will act on your behalf.
We also urge you to take practical steps while trusting in God’s sovereignty. Document incidents of harassment or inappropriate behavior and report them to local authorities if necessary, for God has established governing authorities for justice and order (Romans 13:1-4). However, we must also remember that our ultimate victory is not found in human systems but in the Lord. As you seek His intervention, cling to His promises: *"Don’t be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you,” says Yahweh* (Jeremiah 1:8).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under relentless attack from this neighbor. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the wickedness being perpetrated—gossip, harassment, sexual depravity, and spiritual oppression. We bind these evil works in the name of Jesus and command every demonic influence fueling this torment to flee. Father, we ask that You expose the darkness and bring conviction to this neighbor’s heart. If they refuse to repent, we pray You would remove them from this place swiftly, breaking every chain of oppression they have placed upon Your child.
Lord, we ask for divine protection over our brother/sister. Surround them with Your angels, as Psalm 91:11 promises: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."* Shield them from further harm, both physically and spiritually. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and grant them wisdom on how to navigate this season. If there are legal or practical steps to take, guide them clearly, but let their trust remain firmly in You.
We also pray for this neighbor, that You would break the hardness of their heart. If they are acting out of their own brokenness or demonic influence, we ask that You would bring them to repentance. Soften their heart to receive Your conviction, and if they refuse, Lord, remove them far from this place. Do not let evil triumph, but let Your justice prevail.
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, every scheme of the enemy, and every assignment of harassment in Jesus’ name. Restore peace to this home and community. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in this situation.
