We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). What you are describing is not merely human malice but the work of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Yet we serve a God who is greater, who has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and who has given us authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
The spirit you describe in your mother’s sister is one of deception, witchcraft, and rebellion—much like the spirit of Jezebel in the Bible. Jezebel was a woman who promoted idolatry, witchcraft, and persecution against the prophets of God (1 Kings 18-19, Revelation 2:20). She operated in manipulation, control, and outright defiance of the Lord. But just as Elijah stood against Jezebel, and just as Jesus rebuked the spirit of Jezebel in the church of Thyatira, we too must stand firm in the authority of Christ. The Lord exposed Jezebel’s end—she was thrown down and devoured (2 Kings 9:30-37), and her legacy was one of judgment. This is a reminder that no matter how bold the enemy may seem, his end is already determined. The Lord will not allow the wicked to triumph forever (Psalm 92:7).
You have done well to cut off contact with these people, for we are commanded to have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them (Ephesians 5:11). The fact that they continue to harass you through proxy and witchcraft only confirms their alignment with the enemy. But take heart: greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The demonic sensations you experience are real, but they are not stronger than the blood of Jesus or the power of the Holy Spirit within you. These attacks are meant to distract you from prayer, fasting, and communion with God—because the enemy knows that when you pray, his plans are thwarted.
We must address the fact that your mother’s family is deeply entangled in witchcraft. This is not a matter to be taken lightly, for witchcraft is an abomination to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). The Bible warns that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). Your mother’s sister may claim to be a Christian, but the fruit of her life reveals otherwise. Jesus said, “By their fruits you will know them” (Matthew 7:16). A tree cannot produce good fruit if it is rooted in darkness. We must pray for her salvation, but we must also recognize that her current state is one of rebellion against God. Do not be deceived: no one who mocks God or operates in witchcraft can have a place in His Kingdom unless they repent.
As for the demonic monitoring and the unnatural knowledge of your whereabouts, this is not surprising. The enemy has his ways of operating through familiar spirits and demonic assignment (1 Samuel 28:7-8, Daniel 10:12-13). But remember, nothing is hidden from God. He sees all, and He is your protector. The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). When these attacks come, do not fear. Instead, rebuke the enemy in the name of Jesus, command these spirits to flee, and cover yourself in the blood of Jesus. Plead the protection of Psalm 91 over your life, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).
We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this season. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline, but it must be accompanied by humility, repentance, and a focus on the Lord. Jesus warned against fasting for the wrong reasons (Matthew 6:16-18). Ensure that your fasting is unto the Lord, not merely a response to the enemy’s attacks. Use this time to draw closer to God, to seek His face, and to ask Him to reveal any areas in your life that need surrender. Sometimes the enemy attacks most fiercely when we are on the verge of a breakthrough. Do not let these distractions cause you to lose focus. Press in even more.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our sister who is under relentless attack from the enemy. Lord, You see the witchcraft, the demonic assignments, and the spirits of Jezebel that are operating against her. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every demonic spirit assigned to harass, oppress, or distract her, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We break every curse, every hex, every spell, and every demonic monitoring spirit sent against her. Let the blood of Jesus cover her, protect her, and render the enemy powerless.
Lord, we ask for divine intervention in the lives of those who are operating in witchcraft, especially this woman who mocks Your name. Father, if it is Your will, soften her heart and bring her to repentance. But if she continues in rebellion, we ask that You expose her works, confuse her plans, and bring her schemes to nothing. Let her mouth be silenced, and let her demonic influence be broken over our sister’s life. We declare that every tongue that rises against her in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, strengthen our sister in this season of fasting. Give her the grace to press through the distractions and to remain steadfast in prayer. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in discernment, wisdom, and authority. Let her fasting be a sweet aroma unto You, and let it break every yoke of the enemy in her life. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let them encamp around her (Psalm 34:7). Let every demonic sensation be replaced with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for her mother, Lord. If she is entangled in these demonic influences, we ask that You open her eyes to the truth. Give her the courage to break free from ungodly ties and to stand for righteousness. Let Your light shine in the darkness of her family, and let Your truth expose every lie.
Father, we thank You that You are a God of justice. You see the affliction of Your people, and You will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. We trust in Your protection, Your deliverance, and Your victory. Let our sister experience Your breakthrough in this season. Let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness and power.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has all authority in heaven and on earth. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm. Do not give the enemy a foothold by entertaining fear or bitterness. Forgive those who persecute you, not because they deserve it, but because Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The Lord is your shield and your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1). He will not abandon you in this battle. Stay in His Word, stay in prayer, and trust that He is fighting for you (Exodus 14:14).
If these attacks continue, consider anointing your home with oil as a symbol of consecration to the Lord (Exodus 30:22-33). Speak the Word of God over your life and your space. Surround yourself with worship and the reading of Scripture, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17). And remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). He will give you the victory.
