We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear mother who is in the hospital and facing a CT Scan Angiogram. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our heads. We ask, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, that You would lay Your healing hands upon her. Touch every cell, every vessel, every part of her body that needs restoration. Lord, we pray that the results of this test would be clear and that any blockages, weaknesses, or ailments would be revealed only so that Your healing power can flow through her.
We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke fear, anxiety, and every spirit of infirmity that would seek to take hold of her. You are the God who calms the storm and brings peace to troubled hearts, so we ask that You would fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in that hospital room. Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit as she prepares for this procedure.
Father, we also lift up her family. This time of waiting and uncertainty can be so difficult, but we ask that You would bind them together in faith and hope. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Give them patience and trust in Your perfect timing and will. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask for a complete and miraculous healing. But above all, we pray that Your name would be glorified through this situation, whether by healing or by sustaining grace.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). May this mother and her family draw closer to You through this trial, and may they experience Your love and power in a fresh and tangible way. We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come boldly before Your throne. Amen.
If there are any areas in her life or in the lives of her loved ones where sin may be hindering healing or peace, we encourage them to search their hearts and confess anything that is not pleasing to the Lord. The Bible tells us that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We also encourage them to seek godly counsel and prayer from their local church community, as iron sharpens iron, and we are meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).
Remember, dear ones, that our God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Even in the waiting, He is working. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
