We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your mother and others who are bound by spiritual oppression. The Word of God declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand in agreement with this truth, believing that through the power of Jesus Christ, every chain can be broken.
Father in Heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, confusion, and torment that has taken hold of this precious mother and others suffering similarly. Your Word says in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We claim this authority in Jesus’ name and command every demonic influence to loose its grip and flee. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, according to Isaiah 54:17.
Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your holy angels to guard and protect their minds, emotions, and bodies. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:7 promises. Let Your light shine into the darkness that has held them captive, and replace every lie of the enemy with the truth of Your Word. We pray for divine encounters with Your presence, where they will hear Your voice clearly and be set free by the power of Your love.
We also lift up those who are ministering to them. Give wisdom, discernment, and compassion to those who are speaking life and truth into their situations. Let them be vessels of Your healing and deliverance, operating in the authority of Jesus Christ. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Father, we ask that You bring godly counsel and support into their lives—believers who will stand in the gap, pray fervently, and walk alongside them in their journey to freedom. May they find refuge in You, the Strong Tower, and may their faith be strengthened as they see Your hand moving on their behalf.
We also address any areas in their lives that may have opened doors to spiritual attack. If there has been involvement in occult practices, unrepentant sin, or unforgiveness, we pray that conviction would fall upon their hearts. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We ask that they would repent and turn fully to You, closing every door to the enemy.
Lastly, we pray for their salvation if they do not yet know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. There is no deliverance apart from the name of Jesus, for Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We ask that they would surrender their lives to Him, receive His forgiveness, and walk in the freedom that only He can provide.
We stand on the promise of Your Word in John 8:36, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." We declare freedom over them now, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
