We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for His endless love and mercy, which He pours out upon us each day. It is good to acknowledge His provision and to seek His blessing in all areas of our lives, including our work and endeavors. However, we must always ensure that our requests align with God’s will and His Word, for it is written, *"This is the confidence which we have before Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us"* (1 John 5:14).
First, we want to address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first and most important step in walking with God and receiving His blessings.
Now, regarding your request for blessing and favor in your real estate and business endeavors, we join with you in praying that the Lord would indeed prosper the work of your hands, as it is written, *"Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands"* (Psalm 90:17). We pray that God would open doors of opportunity, grant you wisdom in your decisions, and surround you with godly counsel. May your business be conducted with integrity, honesty, and a heart to honor God in all things, for *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23).
However, we must also rebuke any spirit of greed, selfish ambition, or idolatry that may seek to creep into our hearts. The Lord warns us, *"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows"* (1 Timothy 6:10). We pray that your business would not become an idol in your life but would remain a tool to glorify God and serve others. May you always seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the blessings You pour out upon us each day. Lord, we lift up this brother/sister in Christ and their real estate and business endeavors to You. We ask that You would bless the work of their hands and establish it according to Your will. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and favor in all their dealings. May their business be a light in the marketplace, reflecting Your love, integrity, and truth.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of greed, selfishness, or idolatry that would seek to take root in their heart. May they always seek You first and trust in Your provision. Help them to use the resources You entrust to them for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom. Lord, we pray that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut and close doors that are not of You. May Your will be done in every aspect of their business, and may they experience Your peace and joy as they walk in obedience to You.
We also pray for their spiritual growth, that they would draw nearer to You each day. May they be a witness to those around them, sharing the love of Christ in both word and deed. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly mentors and fellow believers who can encourage and support them in their walk with You.
We declare that Your blessings will chase after them, and that they will lack no good thing, for You are their Provider. May they always remember that their true treasure is in heaven, and may they store up riches that will last for eternity.
