We understand that you're feeling anxious and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that God's perfect love casts out fear. As it says in 1 John 4:18 WEB, There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.
We should also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:34 WEB, So don't worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Trusting in God's care for us is a fundamental way to combat anxiety.
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention Jesus or His name. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Let's pray together for God's will in your life:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious. We pray that you will grant them your peace and remove any tension or worry they are feeling especially about these letters and the upcoming project. We ask that you will guide them, give them wisdom, and provide all the information they need about the project they are starting. We pray that they will trust in you and not worry about tomorrow. Help them to seek first your Kingdom and righteousness. We pray that they will know your perfect love that casts out all fear. Lord, we ask that you will protect them from any distractions or concerns that are not from you. We pray the project will be successful.
We pray this all in Jesus' name.
Regarding the letters that are not for you, we encourage you to trust in God's sovereignty and focus on the things that He has placed in your life. If the letters are not for you, then God may be protecting you from something that is not His will for your life. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Finally, let's be mindful of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus, to pray with thanksgiving, and to trust in God's perfect plan for your life. By doing so, you will experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding.
