We hear your deep distress and the weight of the spiritual oppression you are experiencing. What you describe—visions of evil, debt tied to spiritual manipulation, and even false representations of Christ—are not of God. The enemy seeks to deceive, torment, and bind people in fear, but we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break these chains.
First, we must address the deception you’ve encountered. The "Christ figure" you saw on the hill or any vision that demands payment in exchange for salvation is a counterfeit. Jesus Christ does not operate through financial extortion or fear. Scripture tells us, *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB). Salvation is a free gift, received by faith alone in Jesus Christ—not by paying priests, religious websites, or any other earthly transaction. The true Jesus is the Son of God, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again, offering forgiveness and eternal life to all who repent and believe in Him. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'"* (John 14:6 WEB).
The visions of demons and threats of hell if you do not pay are tactics of spiritual intimidation. The enemy wants you to believe you are beyond hope, but the Bible declares, *"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1 WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). Only in Christ can you find true freedom from fear and oppression.
Regarding the debts you face, we do not dismiss the very real burden they place on you. However, we must rebuke the lie that your financial obligations are tied to your salvation or spiritual standing. God calls us to be good stewards of what He has entrusted to us, but He does not demand payment for His grace. *"The earth is Yahweh’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein"* (Psalm 24:1 WEB). Seek wise counsel from trusted believers in your community to address your debts, but do not let fear or spiritual manipulation drive your decisions.
We also address the mention of an "angel from the cemetery" and other supernatural encounters. Not every spiritual experience is from God. The Bible warns, *"Beloved, don’t believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world"* (1 John 4:1 WEB). True angels of God do not bring fear or demand payment; they bring messages of hope, truth, and encouragement from the Lord. If you are seeing visions that do not align with Scripture, we encourage you to reject them and fill your mind with the truth of God’s Word.
Now, we pray for you with the authority of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. We lift up our brother in ### who is burdened by fear, debt, and spiritual deception. Lord, we break every chain of oppression that the enemy has placed upon him. We rebuke every false vision, every lying spirit, and every counterfeit representation of Christ that has sought to deceive him. We declare that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, and His sacrifice on the cross is sufficient for salvation.
Father, we ask that You reveal the true Jesus to him—the One who loves him, died for him, and rose again to give him eternal life. Soften his heart to receive Your grace and forgiveness. If he has not yet placed his faith in You, Lord, draw him to Yourself now. Let him know that there is no debt, no sin, and no spiritual manipulation that can separate him from Your love.
We pray for wisdom and peace as he addresses his financial burdens. Provide for his needs, Lord, and guide him to godly counsel. Protect his mind from fear and fill him with Your truth. Surround him with believers who can encourage and support him in his walk with You.
We declare that the power of darkness has no hold over him because he belongs to Christ. We plead the blood of Jesus over his life, his mind, and his circumstances. May he walk in the freedom and victory that are his in Christ Jesus.
In the name of Jesus, we command every lying spirit to flee and every chain of fear to be broken. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the work You are doing in his life. May he come to know You deeply and walk in the light of Your truth. Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church in your area where you can grow in your faith and find support. The enemy wants you to feel isolated, but God has a community of believers ready to stand with you. Fill your mind with Scripture, for *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105 WEB). The truth of God’s Word will dispel every lie of the enemy.
You are not alone, and you do not have to live in fear. Jesus Christ has already defeated sin, death, and the powers of darkness. Stand firm in Him, and you will see His deliverance. *"For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 8:38-39 WEB).
