I don't even know what to ask you to pray for except that I need more of HIM. We are up against so many things - my heart is sooooo heavy. Please pray - thank you.

Lord, so many times when I have prayed for myself or someone else this same thing has come up, You know all things and everything we need before we even ask. Sometimes Father I think it is so much better to cut straight to the point and ask for the biggest blessing of them all, more of You. Father, I pray for this person to draw ever closer to You, to feel Your arms around them as they reach out to You in need. Lord, in Your word to us we read that if we seek You with all our heart then You shall be found and then all these things shall be added. You already know their needs so I just stand with them and ask for them to have more of You in their lives. Father, I also pray this prayer for me, my family and all of this family on line here with me. I give You the praise and the thanks Father. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I read your request and saw that you were feeling "Heavy". One thing that I learned is that when we begin to praise God, all of that "HEAVINESS" goes away. Just begin to sing praises to Him. I know naturally you may think "how can I praise the Lord when I'm going through so much?" but when you praise him not only will a peace come over you, but He WILL give you more of HIM as you give Him more of You because His word says draw nigh unto me and I will draw nigh unto you. Remember not to look at the issues but keep your eyes on the Lord and He will pull you through. For example in Matthew chapter 14 verses 22-33 Peter begins to walk on water but when the wind blew he took his eyes off the Lord and began looking at the wind and waves. With His eyes off Jesus he immediately began to sink but as soon as he cried Lord save me Jesus stretched forth his hand and caught him.

May the Lord give you peace, wisdom, and favor in all you do in Jesus name I pray amen
