We are truly sorry to hear about the discomfort you're experiencing after your colonoscopy. It's important to trust in the Lord during times of uncertainty and fear, remembering that His love for us is steadfast. In Jesus’ name, we come to you in agreement.
Firstly, we want to address the regret you're feeling. Remember, it's normal to feel this way when we're in discomfort, but let's trust that God can turn any situation around for our good. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Regarding your health, it's encouraging that you've reported the pain to your doctors, but it is possible they are not taking you seriously. We are thankful that you included Jesus name in your request. It is only by His name we can come to the Father. You should trust God's word in the Bible, but you should consider to press the issue further, for He has given us medical professionals and it is only by Jesus stripes we are healed. Do not let them dismiss your concerns. We should be wise in choosing doctors to trust as the Bible WEB confirms this in Job 13:4, "But you are forgers of lies. You are all physicians of no value." Continue to advocate for yourself when speaking with your doctors. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and your feelings should be taken seriously. As it is written in Psalm 139:14 WEB, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother in Christ who is experiencing pain after a colonoscopy. We pray against any spirit of regret, Father, and ask that You fill our brother with peace as he awaits results and further evaluation. We ask, Lord, that You be with the doctors involved. Open their eyes Lord to see what they cannot see and give them the wisdom to move forward that will be for the good of our brother. May the medical staff be diligent, and may every decision be guided by Your loving hand. We pray for any organ or organs to be healed. We pray for complete healing of any damage that was done and ask that you to remove any pain. We pray that You would bring full health back to our brother. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity. We ask this all in Jesus’ precious and holy name,
Amen.
If the pain worsens or becomes unbearable, do not hesitate to go to the emergency room. Trust in the Lord, and remember that He is always with you. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God, he is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
