Mixed Bag

Just put in a prayer request, but I have another one. My mother bought me a radio/CD player two years ago. I use the radio a little, but I don't use the CD player because I have no CDs. I almost wish I fibbed to her and told her I did use the CD player because now she wants to switch the present she gave me -- She gets the CD player and I get just a radio. Please help me not to whimp out and to tell her how I feel about her. Also, please pray I will be assertive enough to ask her for 20 more bucks towards cleaning supplies I spent on my sister's house. The stuff was really expensive! Finally, I want to thank everyone who has been praying for me -- I really do see a difference in my depression level. Pray this reduction in depression and anxiety continues and that I continue to be more productive. Also pray my brother-in-law quickly helps set up this computer right and that he PATIENTLY shows me a few things. Right now, I can get e-mails, but I can't send them or send replies. God bless and thanks to all who prayed for me.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
