Missing Stuff/body

Lord Stuff is missing in my house and it is so strange, it keeps happening, please make it stop and help us find everything. Also, please let my body heal itself, as I am simply not well and I am embarrased as certain changes are apparent and I am afraid to go to the dr. Please make me feel better soon, Amen.
