We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting you up before the Lord, for He is your shield and defender. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 27:1-3, *"Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident."* You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord fights for His children, and He will vindicate you in His perfect timing.
It is troubling to hear of the injustice you face, but we must remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm. The Lord sees your innocence, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. Proverbs 26:27 declares, *"Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it. Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on him."* Those who seek to harm you will face the justice of God unless they repent.
We also encourage you to trust in the Lord’s provision, even in the face of threats to your disability benefits. Matthew 6:25-26 assures us, *"Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?"* The Lord knows your needs, and He will provide for you as you seek His kingdom first.
We notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, and we must gently but firmly remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through faith in Jesus Christ—the Son of God who died for our sins and rose again—that we have access to God’s throne of grace. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10). There is no greater security than being found in Christ, especially in times of trouble.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is under attack by enemies seeking her harm. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the innocence of Your child. We ask that You rise up as her defender and confound those who seek to destroy her. Frustrate their plans, expose their lies, and let their schemes fall apart before her eyes. Protect her from false accusations and unjust judgments, for You are the God who vindicates the righteous.
Father, we pray for her disability benefits to remain secure, for You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. Do not let the enemy steal what You have ordained for her sustenance. Open doors of favor and provision where there seem to be none. Give her peace that surpasses understanding, knowing that You hold her future in Your hands.
We also pray that if she does not yet know You as her Savior, that today would be the day of salvation for her. Draw her to Yourself, Lord, and reveal the truth of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Let her place her full trust in Him, for He alone can save her soul and walk with her through every trial.
Strengthen her faith, Lord, and surround her with Your angels for protection. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in wisdom, discernment, and the confidence that comes from knowing You are with her. Let her enemies be put to shame, and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness and deliverance.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and injustice in the name of Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against her shall prosper, for this is Your promise to Your children (Isaiah 54:17). Let her trust in You completely, and let her see Your hand move mightily on her behalf.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
