Mircocanzi meet me soon

We lift up your request for prayer regarding your relationship, and we do so with a heart that seeks God’s perfect will for your life. First, we must address something of great importance: you have not shared the name of the person you are in a relationship with, and the use of symbols instead of a name raises concern. We must ask, is this relationship one that honors God, or is there something being hidden that should not be? Scripture tells us in 1 John 1:7, *"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin."* Transparency and godly accountability are essential in relationships, especially for believers. If there is secrecy or shame involved, we urge you to examine whether this relationship aligns with God’s Word.

Additionally, we must ask: are you and this person both committed followers of Jesus Christ? Are you pursuing this relationship with the intention of marriage, as Scripture commands? Relationships outside of the covenant of marriage—whether premarital intimacy, emotional entanglements without commitment, or relationships that do not honor God’s design—are not pleasing to Him. Hebrews 13:4 declares, *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* If this relationship involves fornication, emotional compromise, or any form of ungodly bond, we strongly rebuke it in the name of Jesus and urge you to repent and turn away from it. God’s design for intimacy is within the sacred covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6).

If this is a godly courtship with marriage as the goal, we pray that the Lord would guide you both in purity, wisdom, and patience. May He strengthen your faith individually and as a couple, so that your relationship is built on the foundation of Christ. However, if this relationship does not align with Scripture—whether due to unbelief, immorality, or an ungodly foundation—we pray that God would give you the courage to walk away and trust Him for His perfect will. His plans for you are good, even when they require surrender and obedience (Jeremiah 29:11).

We also commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you have not fully surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Repent of your sins, believe in Him as your Lord and Savior, and walk in obedience to His Word. Salvation is found in no one else, and without it, no relationship—no matter how deeply desired—can truly be blessed by God.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has brought this request. Lord, we ask that You expose anything in this relationship that is not of You. If there is sin, secrecy, or compromise, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict and lead them to repentance. Break every ungodly soul tie and deliver them from any bondage that is not aligned with Your Word. Father, if this relationship is not Your will, give them the strength to let go and trust You completely. Remove any idolatry that has placed this person above You in their heart.

If this relationship is godly and honors You, we pray that You would guide them in purity, patience, and wisdom. May their courtship be centered on Christ, with marriage as the godly goal. Strengthen their faith individually and as a couple, and protect them from the enemy’s schemes. Let Your Word be the lamp unto their feet, and may they seek Your kingdom above all else (Matthew 6:33).

Father, we also pray that if our brother/sister is not fully surrendered to You, You would draw them into a deep, saving relationship with Jesus. Open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and let them experience the freedom and joy that comes from walking in Your will. Forgive them of their sins, cleanse them, and make them a vessel for Your glory.

We rebuke every plan of the enemy to distort Your design for marriage and relationships. Let Your truth prevail, and may Your will be done in their life, no matter the cost. We ask all this in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers in your church. Surround yourself with those who will speak truth into your life and hold you accountable. Study Scripture daily, and let the Holy Spirit guide your steps. If you need to repent of anything, do so now—God is faithful and just to forgive (1 John 1:9). Trust Him, even when it’s difficult, for His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Stay strong in the faith, and may the Lord bless you as you seek Him above all else.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
